The VGA Team

Venchiarutti Gagliardi Architect Inc. (VGA) has a team of experienced and knowledgeable staff capable of handling various types of development projects. The team leader and directing architect is Ronald D. Gagliardi, M. Arch., OAA, President, who oversees and manages the practice. Ron delegates each project to staff members having the appropriate work experience to meet the demands of that specific project type or assignment. All our engineering requirements are outsourced as the need arises.

The VGA team consists of the following members:

Ronald D. Gagliardi, B. Tech., M. Arch., OAA, President

Ron has over 30 years of knowledge and experience with both working drawings and design / build projects. He has extensive experience with all types of projects including industrial, commercial, institutional, residential, high-rise residential and retail stores. Ron is fully licensed in Ontario and Manitoba.

Peter Paoli, B. Tech., M. Arch., OAA, Senior Associate

Peter brings to the firm 30 years of design, working drawings and contract administration experience. This experience extends to industrial, commercial, institutional, residential, high-rise residential, retail stores and historical re-development projects.

Ernest Tamburri, B. Tech., M. Arch., OAA, Senior Associate

Ernest brings over 30 years of experience in design / build, working drawings and contract administration to the firm. His experience extends to educational facilities, office buildings, hotels, apartments, historical renovations, retail stores and recreational projects.

Technical Support

Darren Lugowy, Ricardo Alcantara and Sunny Shan are our in-house CAD technicians ensuring that last minute revisions can be made quickly.

Rooben Assatory of Assatory Design has worked exclusively for VGA for over 25 years bringing his technical expertise to our team.

techniCAD Drafting Services Ltd. also works with our team providing additional technical support on large scale projects.

Administrative Personnel
